I am a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years of practice. I graduated from The University Of Hertfordshire in 1996 and have worked predominantly in the rehabilitation of older people in both community and hospital based settings. I have a specialist interest in frailty and neurological rehabilitation including Stroke and Parkinson?s Disease and have successfully completed the Bobath neurological assessment and treatment course in 1999.

Exercise therapy in later life has been well documented as a key component in the prevention of falls and improved outcomes for older people. I believe strongly in providing holistic assessments and tailored exercise programmes that take into account the multifactorial influences and barriers to rehabilitation including mental health, cognitive impairment and progression of chronic conditions.
