Dr Mucci is an Expert Witness with an experience in the field of General Medicine and Medicine for Older Adults with complex medical and mental health problems who require an overall comprehensive assessment for various medico - legal purposes. Member of The Expert Witness Institute (EWI). Dr Mucci receives instructions from solicitors locally as well as from Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London areas. 

Experience in preparing medicolegal reports in:

1. Clinical negligence cases

2. Causation of injury

3. Condition and prognosis in RTA cases

4. Fitness to plead in historic sexual abuse cases

5.Prepared reports for Home Office (Extradition cases) and DVLA (Fitness to drive)

6. Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) for LPAs,experience in testamentary capacity assessment.
